To announce the launch of the Women’s Pro Baseball League (WPBL) in the fall of 2024, League Co-Founders selected Element M to lead their Public Relations. Making history as the first women’s professional baseball league in over 70 years, Element M quickly secured widespread media coverage that generated exposure and interest from around-the-world. Top placements the WPBL was featured with included The New York Times, Associated Press, The Boston Globe, Sports Business Journal, Front Office Sports, The Gist, NBC News, CBS Sports, and many.
Since the fall of 2024, Element M continues to lead the Public Relations strategy for the WPBL including aligning excusive, first story features for the League’s key announcements with partners such as Muse Sport and Fremantle along with overseeing all their communication channels.

Within six months of the WPBL’s first press release, media coverage has amassed over 2.5 billion in readership worldwide and over ten million television viewers across the U.S from their feature segments with The Drew Barrymore Show and Saturday Night Live.
In the summer of 2025, the League will hold their first summer tryouts ahead of the League’s inaugural, historical season in the spring of 2026 with the top global media outlets already lined up and on deck to cover it.
